We built our company by remaining focused on what’s most important – our clients! We have a team of business partners with the industry experience our clients need so they can have complete confidence in making sound financial decisions. Martin has successfully established an independent brokerage with his client's experience as a top priority. Bear Flag Realty and Co. is a full-service residential real estate brokerage offering Realty services to buyers and sellers, an array of Home Loan options, and Property Management. Bear Flag's full-service approach allows a true opportunity to serve clients as they purchase, sell, and invest in homes. Martin also benefits from a 16-year career in banking prior to becoming a Real Estate Broker, with most of his career spent managing and coaching in a regional lending support role. Martin received several top producer awards and had opportunities to work closely with executive leadership in a corporate environment. His experiences give him a clear advantage in helping his clients understand all the financial aspects of purchasing and selling real estate while continuing to grow a successful brokerage. During his financial career, he found a passion for real estate, became a licensed Realtor, a top producer, a Real Estate Broker, and now owns and operates a well-respected brokerage. Martin has now been helping clients make sound financial decisions for over 20 years. Martin’s family and his love of helping others have always been his leading motivations. He and his wife enjoy raising their five children and a household full of pets. In his spare time, he loves to be active playing sports and taking memorable vacations with his family.
Christina is a licensed Realtor, Mortgage Loan Originator, and the Operations Supervisor for three divisions at Bear Flag Realty & Co. (Realty, Home Loans & Property Management). Prior to joining Bear Flag in 2021, Christina worked as a Police/Fire Dispatcher for 14 years. She trained as a Tactical Dispatcher with the S.W.A.T. team and is certified as a Crisis Negotiator by the FBI. She has a wealth of experience helping people in both moments of crisis and celebration. Her passion to help others has been a compliment to her growing real estate career, and her clients truly benefit from her array of experiences. Outside of her professional life, Christina finds joy in traveling with her family, engaging in invigorating workouts, and exploring new hiking destinations. A standout achievement for her was conquering Mt. Whitney in 2018, the highest point in the contiguous United States.
Prior to joining the team at Bear Flag Realty, Anai was a Legal Secretary supporting a variety of attorneys for over 13 years in San Jose. Her professionalism and ability to perform a variety of clerical tasks keeps our company's operations running efficiently. In addition, Anai is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. When away from the office you will find Anai spending time with her family, enjoying Bikram Yoga, and volunteering at Valley View Charter Montessori as the Events Coordinator for the PTO.
